Associate Superintendent of Human Resources, David Reilly, states, “When you’re in the people business, a calm and patient demeanor when working with students, teachers and parents is of the utmost importance. EGUSD employees know that support and guidance to students and colleagues help promote academic, professional and personal growth, which is as significant as being proactive about the safety and well-being of both students and co-workers.” Reilly further noted, “When you also exude school pride and involve all students, parents and staff at school events before and after school, people remember you and that helps people define what it means to go above and beyond to build strong relationships.”
